The new Martesana panettone for Christmas 2021 has a dairy butter dough, Piedmont PGI hazelnuts, gianduja chocolate and candied mandarin orange. A leavened product created by Domenico di Clemente, decorated with a milk chocolate glaze and chopped hazelnut, paying homage to the tradition of the already famous Panetùn de l’Enzo.
