Passion Fruit “Ganache” Cream 30%: (white chocolate 55% (minimum 55% cocoa – sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin), passion fruit puree 16%, fresh pasteurized cream (milk) from Italy 14%, butter (milk origin: EU countries), Vodka liquor 4% (hydroalcoholic distillate – 40% alcohol), inverted sugar, vanilla beans.
