Chantilly Cream 25% (Pastry Cream 40% (pasteurized fresh whole milk of Italian origin, pasteurized egg yolk from free-range farms of Italian origin, sugar, rice starch, natural lemon and vanilla extract, lemon zest), Pasteurized fresh cream of Italian origin 60% (milk)).
Shiny Glaze 17% (white chocolate 30% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, Emulsifier: soy lecithin), concentrated whole milk, water, food gelatin).
