Orange, lemon and a triumph of chocolate

There are the three new cakes we propose for the Spring/Summer season:

BLANCMANGE

It is created with layers of blancmange with almonds – a reinterpretation of the typical Sicilian dessert – alternated with a fresh lemon cream.

Limited Edition and the second cake to celebrate the Fiftieth anniversary of Martesana Milano. The main ingredient is orange.

POSEIDON

With our Pastry Chef Alessandro Comaschi, winner at Rimini Sigep 2018 of the awards as “Best chocolate entremets” and “Best technical recipe”. Poseidon is composed of manjari sablé and cream, almond namelaka and mango and passion fruit namelaka.
