New Martesana Milano Fall/Winter 18/19 pastry collection

On September, 21 we presented a preview of the new Martesana Milano Fall/Winter 18/19 pastry collection.

From the inspiration of our Pastry Chef Alessandro Comaschi, the new “Gianduia d’oriente” cake with chocolate, mandarin and yuzu and the third creation to celebrate the 50th anniversary of our pastry shop: a reinterpretation of the classic “Chocolate and Pears”.

The collaboration with the architect Roberto Sironi – known with the Dgusto project during the Milan Design Week 2018 – resulted in the creation of the Skyline Pralines, a tribute to the new Milan skyline.

We also presented “Gli Amici” biscuits, a delicious new line of biscuits without butter: Cafferino, Cioccolino, Nocciolino and Agrumino.
