New cakes: Azelia and Operà

We are happy to introduce two new Martesana Milano tasty cakes created by our Pastry Chef Alessandro Comaschi.

  • Azelia: with passion fruit and milk chocolate “Azelia” mousse.
  • Operà: three layers of Joconde biscuit with chocolate, 70% organic chocolate, coffee and white chocolate ganache.
