On March 21 we presented our new sweets and cake for the Spring/Summer season. The first one is the international project Be My Guest: this project will see international pastry chefs working with Martesana Milano. The first guest is Paco Torreblanca, close friend of Maestro Vincenzo Santoro. He created Chocolate al Horno cake, made with almonds and chocolate.
Then we presented Perla Cake, with lemon and white chocolate, and Duomo Cake, inspired by Milano Cathedral, with gianduia chocolate and cream, to celebrate fifty years of Martesana Milano. In spring we also have Easter! Martesana Milano has three different kinds of Colomba, a traditional Italian Easter creation: Classic Colomba, Fiori di Pesco Colomba and Chocolate and Orange Colomba. The best creation for Easter are Chocolate Eggs, made with the best chocolate and in different variations. Last but not least, Martesana Milano created Skyline: a chocolate tablet that represents Milano Skyline!
