TASTING NOTES
Straw yellow with greenish reflections. The perlage is fine and continuous, with an abundant and persistent head. On the nose the bouquet is full and embraces nuances of sweet and slightly ripe fruit with subtle hints of vegetables and vanilla. In the mouth it is savoury and complete, fresh and vibrant with a return of the notes perceived on the nose. The finish is long, elegant and harmonious.
PAIRINGS
Whether you drink it as an aperitif or during a meal, it pairs well with many fish-based dishes. Croutons with smoked salmon or pasta with lobster sauce.
