Christmas 2018 sweets

We have presented our sweets for Christmas 2018!

The traditional Martesana Milano craft panettoni and the new entries Gianduia and Mandarino (Gianduja and Tangerine): with tangerine jam and small semi-candied tangerine squares and pieces of gianduja; Rustico: with whole wheat flour and raspberry jam and semi-candied fruit berries; Glassato da l’Enzo: traditional panettone covered with icing, sugar and almonds. Moreover, we have showcased surprising decorated panettoni and two Italian traditional Christmas dishes: Albero Gastronomico (Gastronomic Tree), revisited by our Alessandro Comaschi, and Tronchetto Natalizio, proposed with a mousse of dark chocolate, hazelnut and caramel.
